Account Manager OR Account Director
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager or Account Director to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in pharmaceutical advertising, client relationship management, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Toronto-based candidates will work in a hybrid model (2-3 days in-office per week).
- Montreal-based candidates will work fully remote with occasional travel for team meetings or client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical clients, ensuring exceptional service and strategic guidance.
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, medical, strategy, digital) to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Translate complex scientific data into compelling marketing strategies and communications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and contribute to new business development efforts.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in account management within a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising agency.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations (PAAB, Health Canada).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset, especially for Montreal-based candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field.
