Role Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to manage existing accounts and develop new business in your assigned region. Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting and selling high-quality surgical products.
- Providing tailored advice to surgeons and medical staff.
- Organizing and conducting product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Your Profile
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a medical or clinical setting.
- High willingness to travel and ability to manage regional visits and events.
- Skilled in delivering product training to healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A degree in medical, technical, or commercial fields is a plus.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- 5+ years of experience in hospitals and healthcare.
- 5+ years of experience in sales.
