EPM Scientific are partnered with a leading Rare Diseases organziation who are looking to hire an Associate Director, Sales Force Effectiveness to support their ambitious commercial expansion plans.
Located in Raleigh, NC on a 3 day a week basis. And open to relocating the right candidate within the US. This company is both stable, and high growth. Offering people leadership and high visibility within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the design and implementation of incentive compensation plans, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Lead targeting exercises and manage the optimization of territory workload, sizing, and alignment.
- Identify and implement new technology across Sales Force Effectiveness ecosystem
- Lead a team of analysts focused on SFE and Incentive Compensation
- Be the main point of contact between the SFE & IC function to field leadership
Key Skills
- Sales Force Effectiveness: Expertise in driving impactful sales force strategies to improve performance and maximize results.
- Commercial Operations: Deep understanding of commercial operations to execute strategic initiatives seamlessly.
- Report Generation: Able to generate complex reports independently, providing analytical assessment and presentation to executive leadership
