The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join the company's team in Frankfurt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and driving new business opportunities within the region. Your expertise in molecular diagnostics and your ability to build strong customer relationships will be critical in ensuring the continued success and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts within Frankfurt and surrounding regions

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure exceptional service delivery

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of molecular diagnostic solutions

  • Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy

  • Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth

Your Profile

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge and experience in molecular diagnostics (PCR, qPCR, NGS, etc.)

  • Previous experience in account management or sales, preferably in the diagnostics or healthcare industry

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)

  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Willingness to travel within the Frankfurt region as required
