Tech Transfer PM
We are supporting a pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Midlands/Mid-West region of Ireland seeking a Tech Transfer Project Manager to support the transfer of an Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) product from an international manufacturing site into Ireland.
The successful contractor will coordinate and manage all aspects of the technology transfer process, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day management of a pharmaceutical tech transfer project.
- Coordinate activities across Manufacturing, Quality, Analytical, Validation, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.
- Perform and manage gap assessments between sending and receiving sites.
- Support analytical method transfer activities and associated documentation.
- Track project milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure transfer activities comply with GMP requirements and site procedures.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive action completion.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing pharmaceutical technology transfer projects.
- Strong understanding of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of analytical method transfers and transfer documentation.
- Experience conducting gap analyses and coordinating remediation activities.
- Familiarity with GMP manufacturing environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work on-site across locations in the Roscommon and Tipperary region as required.
