The Role
The Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs will lead global regulatory strategy across multiple development programs. This role offers direct access to executive leadership and visibility with external stakeholders, including health authorities and investors.
You'll drive IND submissions, lead FDA interactions, and provide strategic input on clinical trial design and regulatory risk. The company is looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can influence across functions.
What They're Looking For
- 15+ years in biotech/pharma regulatory affairs; 8+ years in oncology or complex modalities (radiopharma, ADCs, CGT)
- Strong track record with FDA submissions and global regulatory strategy
- Deep understanding of drug development and clinical trial design
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
