Hiring: Quality Engineer (6-Month Contract)

Position Summary:
A reputable, family-oriented manufacturing organisation is seeking a Quality Engineer for a 6-month contract to support product and process development through the application of quality methodologies in a regulated environment. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure the quality, safety, reliability, and efficacy of products, contributing to a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
š¹Prevents quality fade during product and process changes
š¹Maintains and updates documentation (SQS, SQRs, Work Instructions)
š¹Supports investigations and risk assessments (SCARs, NCMRs, ICARs)
š¹Mentors QC personnel and collaborates with Engineering and Manufacturing
š¹Participates in IQ, OQ, PQ activities and product development
š¹Tracks and analyzes quality metrics and trends
š¹Applies root cause analysis tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys, etc.)
Qualifications:
ā
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
ā
3-5 years' experience in Quality Engineering (regulated industry)
ā
Certification in Quality Engineering or Technical Writing
ā
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, ERP, and eQMS
ā
Experience with injection/blow molding and technical documentation
ā
Spanish language skills are a plus
