About the Company

The organisation provides tailored molecular solutions to customers across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, performance materials, and industrial sectors.
Your Tasks
* Define and implement the commercial strategy across European territories, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
* Lead and grow Sales & Business Development activities across key customer segments, distributors, and strategic accounts.
* Drive new customer acquisition and strengthen long‑term partnerships in pharma, biotech, materials science, and industrial markets.
* Achieve annual revenue and margin targets while supporting sustainable, technology‑driven growth.
* Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, tender processes, and contract development.
* Collect and analyse market intelligence to identify new opportunities for peptides, amino acid derivatives, and specialty chemical products.
* Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings (travel requirement up to 50%).
* Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Project Management to ensure seamless technical and commercial delivery.
Requirements
* MSc/PhD in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Proven success in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Leadership within specialty chemicals, life sciences, fine chemicals, or advanced materials.
* Strong track record in B2B sales across European markets, with experience driving strategic growth.
* Experience working with complex technical products, such as peptides, amino acid derivatives, APIs, intermediates, or functional materials.
* Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and executive‑level communication skills.
* Fluency in English and German_
