Associate Director, Clinical Data Analytics and Reporting

Associate Director, Clinical Data Analytics & Reporting

A well-funded, high-growth biotech is building something most companies only dream about - a clinical analytics function designed from the ground up, with the resources, leadership, and pipeline to do it right.

This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on analytics leader to own the full journey: strategy, architecture, and execution. If you've spent your career waiting for a role where you can truly build - this is it.

What you'll be doing

You'll define how data-driven decision-making works across the entire Clinical R&D organisation. That means designing and deploying the full analytics stack - data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and executive-grade dashboards - while partnering with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory, and Safety to turn complex trial data into clear, actionable insights. Oncology is the primary focus, but the impact spans the whole portfolio.

What you'll bring

  • 8-10+ years building clinical analytics solutions end-to-end, not just managing them
  • Hands-on with dashboard tools - Power BI, Qlik, or Shiny R/Python
  • Deep experience with datalake/lakehouse platforms - Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Azure
  • Strong SQL and database management skills (Postgres, SQL Server)
  • ETL pipeline experience - Airflow, Fivetran, dbt
  • A solid grasp of the clinical development lifecycle and GxP environments
  • Veeva Vault, RBQM, or AI/automation experience is a genuine bonus

What's on offer

Competitive base, bonus and equity. Benefits that actually mean something - 95-100% covered medical, dental and vision premiums, enhanced parental leave, daily lunch on-site, week-long summer and winter shutdowns, and strong 401k matching
