The Opportunity
We are partnering with a highly innovative, fast-growing medical device company specialising in advanced neurosurgical and neurological solutions. With a strong presence across Europe, the organisation is recognised for delivering cutting-edge technologies that support clinicians in improving patient outcomes in complex neurological procedures.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and driven Territory Manager to take ownership of a high-potential region spanning DACH, Scandinavia, and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across the assigned territory
- Drive revenue growth through both new business development and account expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with neurosurgeons, neurologists, and key hospital stakeholders
- Provide clinical and technical support in the operating theatre when required
- Identify and develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the region
- Deliver product training and educational support to healthcare professionals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and leadership teams
- Maintain a high level of market intelligence, including competitor activity and trends
Your Profile
- Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally within neurosurgery, neurology, or related fields
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-country territories
- Demonstrated ability to sell into operating theatre environments
- Highly commercial mindset with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, international role
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
Languages
- Fluent German and English are essential
