Senior Clinical Trial Manager - Clinical-Stage Biotech | Remote | U.S.-based | Clinical Operations
We are partnering with a growing clinical-stage biotech company focused on advancing innovative therapies in bone and skeletal disorders. With a developing pipeline and increasing clinical activity, the organization is entering a key phase of execution and expansion.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role reporting into Clinical Operations leadership, with full ownership of global clinical trial execution. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners to ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
With responsibility for:
- Leading global clinical trials from start-up through close-out
- Managing CROs and external vendors across complex study programs
- Driving operational strategy and execution in a lean environment
- Ensuring high-quality delivery across timelines, budgets, and data integrity
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Study Management Teams (SMTs) to deliver clinical trials aligned with program goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for CROs, overseeing full-service and subcontracted activities
- Manage vendor selection and oversight, including labs, imaging, and bone-specific endpoints
- Ensure clinical data is accurately captured, monitored, reconciled, and quality assured
- Contribute to key clinical documents (protocols, IBs, ICFs, CRFs, CSRs, annual reports)
- Oversee study plans including vendor oversight, TMF, risk, quality, and monitoring strategies
- Track study progress, timelines, budgets, and KPIs; proactively mitigate risks
- Review monitoring outputs and escalate issues to ensure compliance and execution
- Ensure studies are conducted in line with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
Compensation
Base salary: $130,000 - $160,000
