Our client is a well-funded, publicly traded clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation biologics for chronic inflammatory diseases. With multiple late-stage clinical programs and substantial capital to support growth, the organization is entering an exciting phase of expansion as it advances several global studies across dermatology and immunology indications.
This individual will play a key role in the execution of global clinical trials and will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, patient enrollment, site engagement, and overall study delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of global Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials.
- Oversee CROs, vendors, timelines, budgets, and study milestones.
- Develop and implement enrollment and retention strategies to support aggressive recruitment goals.
- Manage operational risk, issue resolution, and study performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Data Management, Regulatory, and Quality teams.
- Ensure inspection-readiness and compliance with GCP and applicable regulations.
Preferred Background
- 7+ years of clinical operations experience within biotech or pharmaceutical organizations.
- Strong experience managing high-enrolling, multicenter global studies.
- Demonstrated success delivering later-phase studies (Phase 2b/3) through key milestones.
- Experience partnering with CROs and leading global trial execution.
