About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Assistant (Worker Precision Mechanics) to join our team on a full‑time, on‑site contract basis for 12 months. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies to support high‑quality production within the medical technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently assemble various mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies.
- Support the assembly of lighting units and assist with packaging processes during peak workloads.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of assembled components.
- Perform in‑process quality checks and complete all required documentation accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.
Your Profile
- Experience working with electrical and mechanical assemblies.
- Several years of relevant experience is ideal; however, motivated beginners and career changers are also welcome.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Basic PC skills (documentation, simple data entry).
- High level of reliability, strong team spirit, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong motivation and commitment to meeting high quality standards, especially within medical technology.
- Good command of the German language (spoken and written).
- Willingness to work a 40‑hour week on site.
