About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Assistant (Worker Precision Mechanics) to join our team on a full‑time, on‑site contract basis for 12 months. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies to support high‑quality production within the medical technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently assemble various mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies.
• Support the assembly of lighting units and assist with packaging processes during peak workloads.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of assembled components.
• Perform in‑process quality checks and complete all required documentation accurately.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.

Your Profile

• Experience working with electrical and mechanical assemblies.
• Several years of relevant experience is ideal; however, motivated beginners and career changers are also welcome.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic PC skills (documentation, simple data entry).
• High level of reliability, strong team spirit, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong motivation and commitment to meeting high quality standards, especially within medical technology.
• Good command of the German language (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work a 40‑hour week on site.
