We are a global leader in imaging, digital solutions, and IT services, committed to delivering innovative technologies that empower businesses and improve lives. As we expand our presence across Africa, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth strategy in the region.


Role Overview:

The Sales Manager - Africa will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading sales initiatives across the continent. This role is critical in expanding our market presence in office solutions, digital printing, and managed IT services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key African markets
  • Manage and support a network of distributors, resellers, and direct clients
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, imaging, or IT services
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in emerging markets, preferably in Africa
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and partner management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region
  • Fluency in English; French or Portuguese is a plus
