Regional Manager - Medical Devices (Baden-Württemberg Region)

A pioneering company in the field of interventional pulmonology is seeking a driven and dynamic Territory Manager to support its expansion in Germany. The organization is a global leader in minimally invasive solutions for emphysema treatment, with products backed by leading clinical publications and integrated into international COPD treatment guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercialization of innovative respiratory products across the Baden-Württemberg region.
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts including hospitals, physicians, and purchasing entities.
  • Train and support healthcare professionals in the use of specialized medical devices.
  • Develop referral pathways from primary to tertiary care, engaging GPs, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the national sales team and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Support budget generation and contract management with healthcare institutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical or medical device sales, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
  • Proven ability to introduce and commercialize new technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Experience in operating theatre or endoscopy environments is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
