Role Overview
The Primary Care Sales Representative partners with Healthcare Professionals to deliver value-added solutions that support safe and effective prescribing of new and existing therapies, improving outcomes for appropriate patients.
The ideal candidate is driven, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial, with a commitment to learning and a history of delivering value to HCPs and their patients. They thrive in collaborative environments and take initiative to achieve results.
This sales-focused role is accountable for meeting individual or team business targets aligned with corporate and franchise goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engages with a territory-specific panel of physicians and healthcare professionals through face-to-face, virtual, and phone interactions to share relevant product and company information that supports informed prescribing decisions.
 - Plans and delivers educational and promotional programs tailored to customer needs, offering balanced insights into therapeutic areas and product-specific solutions.
 - Builds and maintains strong customer relationships by understanding practice needs and identifying opportunities to add value.
 - Manages territory administration efficiently, including CRM updates and expense reporting.
 - Develops and executes an annual business plan to identify growth opportunities and meet corporate objectives.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field
 - 3+ years in pharma or health-related industry with a proven track record of success
 - Valid driver's license and CCPE Basic Accreditation
 - Strong business acumen and analytical skills to develop and execute territory-level plans
 - Excellent communication and presentation abilities
 - Proven relationship-building skills with HCPs, focused on understanding needs and delivering value
 - Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success
 - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
 - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
 - Must reside in or near the assigned territory
 
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 - Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
 - Strong compensation package with incentives.
