About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to join our high-performing team in the surgical medical device sector. Based in the vibrant region of Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, you will be responsible for managing strategic hospital accounts, building long-term partnerships with surgical teams, and driving growth across your territory.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share and strengthen customer relationships in key hospitals and surgical centers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for surgeons, procurement teams, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our innovative surgical product portfolio.
  • Lead contract negotiations, tender processes, and pricing discussions in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and risks.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in medical device sales or key account management, ideally in surgical or hospital-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Germany, including procurement and reimbursement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel within Baden-Württemberg and occasionally beyond.
