Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a defined territory in South East France, focusing on hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and research institutions
- Promote a portfolio of advanced diagnostic and genetic testing solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical and laboratory stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share
- Collaborate with internal teams including technical support, product management, and marketing
- Execute strategic account planning to meet and exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends and provide competitive insights to the commercial team
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally within diagnostics, life sciences, or healthcare
- Solid understanding of molecular biology, laboratory workflows, or related scientific disciplines
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Based in or near South East France with flexibility for regional travel
