Your duties as a Regional Sales Director include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead regional market expansion and enhance the company's influence in alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with government agencies, research universities, medical institutions, and industry KOLs.
  • Oversee market research, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Define and execute tailored go-to-market strategies and promotional plans based on regional characteristics.
  • Direct and deliver high-impact projects, including national genome sequencing initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors to maximize revenue growth and market share.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and forums to build visibility, credibility, and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide leadership to the regional sales team and collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional teams to achieve corporate objectives.

The successful candidates for this position are able to demonstrate:

  • Master's degree or above in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Genetics, Bioinformatics, or related life science fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of NGS, genomics applications, and strong familiarity with gene sequencers and related markets.
  • At least 8 years of proven sales or business development experience in medical devices, laboratory equipment and consumables, or genomics-related instruments.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and major market players, with ability to effectively position the company's products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders, including government, hospitals, laboratories, and research institutions.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, able to manage pressure, and willing to travel frequently to drive business growth and project execution.
