We're looking for a Quality Control Project Lead to join a global biopharmaceutical organization in the Valais region. Your Responsibilities
As a QC Project Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of new analytical methods and processes into the Quality Control department by:
- Leading QC-related technology transfer activities, including method transfer plans, assay protocols, training plans, and timelines.
- Representing QC in cross-functional project teams and communicating key updates on testing status and production schedules.
- Reviewing and approving QC documentation such as SOPs, Sampling Plans, and Specifications.
- Collaborating with Technical Development (TD) to design and execute qualification and validation protocols.
- Supporting investigations, audits, and CAPAs with technical expertise and regulatory insight.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP standards and internal quality policies.
Your Profile
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional with:
- A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry.
- 7-10 years of advanced experience in Quality Control within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong expertise in analytical methods for small molecules.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluency in English and German (required)
