Project Manager Pharmaceutical

We're looking for a motivated Project Manager with an engineering mindset to strengthen our technical project activities at our pharmaceutical production site.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating diverse stakeholders, structuring complex tasks, and growing within a regulated industrial environment.

You will take part in driving technical CAPEX investment projects across the full lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding projects from initial concept and design through equipment sourcing, installation, and start‑up.
  • Acting as the point of contact for external engineering partners, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Monitoring project progress, cost evolution, potential issues, and expected outcomes.
  • Contributing to the creation of project proposals, justification packages, and decision documents.
  • Helping maintain an organized and up‑to‑date overview of ongoing engineering initiatives.

You will also support the engineering department by bringing clarity, discipline, and good practices into daily project execution:

  • Ensuring documentation is compliant with GMP/ISO expectations and ready for audits.
  • Producing and updating project timelines and resource plans using scheduling tools.
  • Highlighting critical activities and offering solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Preparing clear dashboards, overviews, and performance indicators for the CAPEX portfolio.
  • Coordinating and supporting project review meetings and steering sessions.
  • Facilitating communication between Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, and other departments.

What you bring:

  • Degree in Pharmaceutical, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or a similar engineering discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, manufacturing, or project-driven environment
  • Strong organizational habits and an ability to coordinate multiple activities
  • Comfortable communicating with technical and non‑technical teams
  • Good command of MS Office; experience with MS Project
  • Previous exposure to pharma, chemicals, or GMP environments is mandatory
  • French and English required
