Manufacturing Associate - DSP
I am searching for a Manufacturing Associate to join a pioneering team driving the development and manufacturing of viral vector. This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will:
Perform downstream operations like chromatography and filtration using single-use systems
Support buffer preparation and internal supply handling
Operate within GMP guidelines and maintain high-quality documentation
Troubleshoot technical issues and drive innovation in process development
Collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-evolving manufacturing environment
What I'm Looking For
Experience (2+ years) in downstream processing for biotech
Education in biotechnology or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Solid understanding of GMP, validation, and qualification processes
Skilled in Cytiva Unicorn, SCADA systems, and Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
A detail-focused, adaptable team player with great problem-solving abilities
