Manufacturing Associate - DSP

I am searching for a Manufacturing Associate to join a pioneering team driving the development and manufacturing of viral vector. This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland.


As a Manufacturing Associate, you will:

  • Perform downstream operations like chromatography and filtration using single-use systems

  • Support buffer preparation and internal supply handling

  • Operate within GMP guidelines and maintain high-quality documentation

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and drive innovation in process development

  • Collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-evolving manufacturing environment

What I'm Looking For

  • Experience (2+ years) in downstream processing for biotech

  • Education in biotechnology or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)

  • Solid understanding of GMP, validation, and qualification processes

  • Skilled in Cytiva Unicorn, SCADA systems, and Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus

  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)

  • A detail-focused, adaptable team player with great problem-solving abilities
