In this role, you will advise clients on improving their Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering operations, from assessing current processes through to designing and implementing practical, data-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring 3-8 years' experience from pharma or medtech and is looking to step into a broader, more dynamic role with greater exposure and responsibility.
This role is ideal for professionals in Quality, Validation, Manufacturing, or Engineering who want to move beyond site-level roles, gain global exposure, and accelerate their career trajectory.
The Role:
- Deliver advisory projects across leading life sciences clients
- Assess and improve quality systems and manufacturing processes
- Support transformation initiatives (e.g. QMS, digital manufacturing, inspection readiness)
- Develop practical, data-driven recommendations
- Engage with stakeholders from site to senior leadership level
Who We're Looking For:
- 3-8 years in pharmaceutical or medical device organisations
- Experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Validation
- Strong understanding of GxP (GMP, GDP, ISO)
- Experience with audits, inspections, or process improvement
