A global, biosimilars‑focused pharmaceutical organisation with a strong European footprint, specialising in the development and commercialisation of biologic medicines across regulated EU markets.
Role overview
The EU Associate Director Marketing will lead European marketing strategy and execution for a biosimilar portfolio, playing a key role in product launches, commercialization, and revenue growth across multiple EU markets.
This is a senior, hands‑on regional role, working closely with EU and Global stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive EU‑wide marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives
- Lead European launch planning and execution for biosimilar products
- Develop and deliver operational marketing plans, campaigns, and field materials
- Use market intelligence and data insights to shape strategy and identify opportunities
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Access, and Global teams
- Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with EU and local regulations
Required experience
- 10+ years' experience in EU pharmaceutical marketing
- Strong background in product launches and commercialization
- Experience in biosimilars, biologics, vaccines, or highly regulated pharma environments
- Proven ability to operate at European / regional level
- Data‑driven, strategic, and comfortable working cross‑functionally
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
