What You'll Lead
- Serve as the primary lead for major IDN partnerships-negotiating, executing, and managing trade and distribution contracts.
- Build deep expertise in the disease state, therapy landscape, and overall commercialization strategy.
- Lead business planning with SMART objectives aligned to market access and organizational priorities.
- Partner closely with Field teams (Key Account Directors, Sales, Market Access, Medical, MPS) on contracting updates, timelines, and escalations.
- Represent the organization at key meetings and conferences to strengthen relationships and drive business conversations.
- Identify and evaluate IDN channel opportunities and support enhancements to the model.
- Communicate insights, contracting intelligence, and performance trends across internal stakeholders.
- Champion compliant, ethical practices while ensuring alignment with all regulatory and legal requirements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business or Pharmacy preferred.
- 10+ years in biopharma with strong performance in customer‑facing roles.
- 10+ years in Trade, Distribution, or Patient Support-focused positions with increasing responsibility.
- Expertise in IDN contracting, distribution strategy, and channel operations.
- Experience supporting pre‑launch and launch activities for new therapies.
- Strong analytical ability to derive insights from data and drive action.
- Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
