Clinical Supply Project Manager
We are proud to be partnering with a global CRO who are looking to add a Clinical Supply Chain Project Manager to their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead end‑to‑end clinical supply chain projects, drive operational excellence, and work closely with sponsors, depots, and cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver clinical supply chain projects from initiation through close‑out.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsor/client communication, ensuring clarity around timelines, deliverable, risks, and overall project status.
  • Ensure full adherence to GMP/GDP standards, international regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs.
  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to maintain smooth project progress.
  • Oversee project materials, including stock management, shipments, recalls, and coordination of manufacturing‑related activities.
  • Organise and lead project‑related meetings, including startup's, reviews, training sessions, and follow‑up on action items.
  • Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and invoicing cycles.
  • Support vendor selection and ensure appropriate qualification for project needs.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and CAPA processes when required.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Quality, and operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Create, revise, and maintain project‑specific documentation and working instructions.
  • Deliver or coordinate study‑specific training as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, operations, business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of two year's experience in clinical supply chain, pharmaceutical operations, or project management.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to clinical supply (e.g., GMP/GDP, ICH guidelines, EU directives).
  • Experience working with inventory management systems and technical equipment used within clinical logistics.
