Account Executive - B2B SaaS
Overview
Our client is a growing healthcare technology company that provides data and analytics solutions to pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare organizations. Their platform helps commercial teams identify key healthcare providers, analyze referral patterns, and make data-driven business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach and industry networking
- Lead full-cycle sales processes, including discovery, demos, negotiations and closing
- Develop relationships with stakeholders across commercial, marketing, analytics, professional affairs and medical affairs functions
- Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, and strategic account management
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating data insights into business value
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS, analytics or data solutions sales experience
- Proven success generating pipeline, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, and executive communication skills
- Experience managing full sales cycles and using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device organizations
- Background selling data, analytics or software solutions
- Experience with account expansion, renewals, and complex buying processes
- Familiarity with healthcare provider data, commercial analytics or physician intelligence
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
