Role Summary
As the Territory Sales Manager for the General Surgery division, you will drive growth across the South West region by promoting a market‑leading product portfolio, supporting clinicians in theatre, and building long‑term partnerships with hospitals across the territory.
This is a hands-on commercial and clinical role requiring strong sales acumen, proactive territory management, and a passion for improving patient care through high‑quality surgical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across the General Surgery portfolio through strategic account development and new customer acquisition.
- Build and execute a territory business plan with clear objectives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver in-theatre support, clinical education, and product demonstrations.
- Organise customer meetings, training sessions, and product trials.
- Represent the company at congresses, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Manage all opportunities, pipeline activity, and reporting through the CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Stay up to date with evolving products, techniques, and market trends.
- Maintain a winning mentality and consistently meet quarterly and annual quotas.
- Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory best practices.

Essential Qualifications
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.

- Professional sales qualification.
- Clinical qualification.
Essential Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly driven, results-focused, and able to prioritise effectively.
- Strong decision-making abilities and excellent follow-through.
- Enjoys collaborating within a team environment.
- Genuine passion for creating customer value.
- Ability to travel across the territory.
