Role Overview:
This position is a hands-on HR Operations role providing maternity cover within an international business environment. The consultant will work closely with finance and key internal stakeholders, supporting day-to-day HR and business operations. The role reports into a global structure (APAC Region) and involves close daily collaboration with senior internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and employee support
- Work closely with the VP, Head of Europe and other senior stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for all European HR matters across the business, supporting managers and employees
- Ensure smooth execution and optimisation of HR processes and business operations
- Coordinate with international stakeholders, including reporting into global HR structures
- Support process improvements and implement best practices within HR operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR Operations or Business Operations (hands-on focus essential)
- Previous experience in interim, contract, or maternity cover roles is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with finance and leadership
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
- Experience in Pharma/Biotech required
