Territory Manager - BENELUX (Radiopharmaceutical QC / Scientific Instrumentation)

Location: Belgium, Netherlands, or Luxembourg
Languages: French & Dutch required
Travel: BENELUX regional travel + occasional international conferences

About the Role

We are seeking a Territory Manager to oversee all commercial activities across the BENELUX region for a leading provider of radio-pharmaceutical quality control and analytical instrumentation solutions. This position combines technical expertise with client‑facing responsibilities and offers the opportunity to join a globally active sales organisation in a rapidly growing market.

This role is ideal for candidates with a scientific background-particularly in chemistry, physics, radio-chemistry, or related fields-who are looking to grow their career within a specialised and expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all commercial activities across the BENELUX territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in radio-pharmacy, nuclear medicine, and analytical laboratories.
  • Conduct regular customer visits (approx. 2-3 days per week on the road).
  • Participate in international conferences and global sales meetings several times a year.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical insight, and support for QC instrumentation and software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product improvements, customer feedback, and new solution development.

Candidate Profile

  • Background in radio-pharmacy QC, chemistry, physics, radio-chemistry, pharmacy, or molecular biology.
  • Experience with radioactivity or radio-chemistry is ideal; full training can be provided.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience preferred-though more senior candidates are welcome.
  • Some exposure to sales, commercial roles, or customer‑facing technical support is beneficial.
  • Candidates with experience from scientific instrumentation companies (e.g., chromatography, HPLC, analytical instruments) are highly relevant.
  • Open to candidates directly from university if they show strong potential.
  • Must speak French and Dutch fluently.
  • Based ideally in Belgium.
