Technical Support Specialist

Our client is a growing medical device company specializing in surgical medtech devices. This includes surgical robotic systems, hip and knee replacement products, spinal and orthopaedic devices etc.

They are seeking a talented and motivated technical Support Specialist to join their team in SG for expansion plans across the SEA region. This person will also be required to be self-motivated and an integral part of the growth of the team in SG.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to diagnose technical issues
  • Provide step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
  • Provide training sessions for new hardware or software products
  • Access instruction manuals to help users utilize their software or hardware properly
  • Keep detailed logs of client problems, solutions, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide instructions in simple terms
  • Work together with other Technical Support Specialists to find solutions to more complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical technical/application support
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
  • Able to work irregular hours at times for surgical case support
