Join our team as a Stability Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our pharmaceutical stability program.

What You'll Do:

• Perform all pull activities for stability studies, including documentation preparation and sample management in LIMS.
• Execute staging activities, collect data in iLab, and coordinate storage logistics with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with departments across the organisation to ensure smooth sample flow and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the sample management process.
• Uphold safety and cGMP standards in all laboratory operations.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team and business needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Familiarity with LIMS and iLab systems is a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
