Join our team as a Stability Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our pharmaceutical stability program.
What You'll Do:
- Perform all pull activities for stability studies, including documentation preparation and sample management in LIMS.
- Execute staging activities, collect data in iLab, and coordinate storage logistics with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with departments across the organisation to ensure smooth sample flow and compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the sample management process.
- Uphold safety and cGMP standards in all laboratory operations.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team and business needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Familiarity with LIMS and iLab systems is a plus.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
