Senior Process Development Engineer

EPM Scientific are working with a leading firm who are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their high-impact team advancing next-generation, minimally invasive therapies in the structural heart space. This is a rare opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge Class III devices that are pushing the boundaries of what's possible in cardiovascular treatment.

What you'll do:

• Develop and optimize processes for complex medical device assembly (catheters, implants, advanced materials)
• Support builds from prototype through clinical production
• Lead process validation (OQ/PQ), DOE, and manufacturing scale-up
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, and production to drive innovation and reliability

 

What you bring:

• Experience in medical device manufacturing (Class III preferred)
• Strong background in process development, validation, and statistical methods
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a drive to improve patient outcomes
