What you'll do:
- Develop and optimize processes for complex medical device assembly (catheters, implants, advanced materials)
- Support builds from prototype through clinical production
- Lead process validation (OQ/PQ), DOE, and manufacturing scale-up
- Collaborate across engineering, quality, and production to drive innovation and reliability
What you bring:
- Experience in medical device manufacturing (Class III preferred)
- Strong background in process development, validation, and statistical methods
