Senior/Medical Director - Dermatology

EPM is currently partnering with a well-reputable agency within the medical communications space. They're looking for a Senior/Medical Director who will be the scientific lead for their dermatology-focused initiatives. You will provide strategic direction, scientific oversight, and thought leadership across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute medical strategies for client accounts.
• Content Development: Provide clinical insight and review for slide decks, MOA videos, executive summaries, advisory board materials, and digital assets.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including account services, medical writers, and creatives, to ensure scientific accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Engagement: Interact with healthcare professionals (HCPs), advisory boards, and external stakeholders to gather insights and build relationships.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior medical writers.
• Business Development: Support new business initiatives with scientific input on proposals and pitches.
  

Key Qualifications:

• PhD in life sciences or PharmD
• 3-5 years of experience in a Promo Med Ed agency
• Expertise in dermatology and/or autoimmune therapeutic areas is a plus!
• Fully remote work (ability to work EST/CST) is a plus!
