Role Overview

A growing biopharmaceutical company focused on innovative therapies for rare autoimmune diseases is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to join its commercial organization. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing digital engagement strategies that support brand growth, healthcare professional engagement, patient education, and overall commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, CRM, and web platforms
• Manage corporate, brand, and disease awareness social media channels, including content planning, creation, and optimization
• Lead CRM and email marketing initiatives, including audience segmentation, automated campaigns, and customer engagement programs
• Own the digital content workflow, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners to deliver compliant, high-impact content
• Coordinate MLR review and approval processes for digital assets and promotional materials

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of digital marketing, social media, CRM, or commercial marketing experience
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or another regulated industry preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, social media strategy, and content optimization
• Experience managing MLR review processes and working within a compliant environment
• Previous experience working with platforms such as Canva, Microsoft Office, Adobe Studio
