About the Opportunity

Our client is a global leader in biologics development and manufacturing services, partnering with innovative biotech companies from early-stage research through clinical development and commercialization. They are seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Biologics Partnerships to drive new business growth across Northern California.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on building new relationships, securing development programs, and expanding market presence within one of the world's most active biotech hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Northern California

• Develop relationships with biotech companies and key decision-makers

• Generate new Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and program awards

• Drive territory growth through strategic prospecting and business development activities

• Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings and industry networking

• Partner with internal scientific and technical experts to develop client solutions

• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle

• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of business development or sales experience within life sciences

• Experience selling outsourced services to biotech companies

• Background within a CDMO, CRO, biologics services, preclinical services, clinical development, antibody discovery, or related market

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
