• 10+ years in Regulatory Affairs, ideally in biotech or pharma
• Proven success with FDA submissions and global regulatory strategy
• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for solving complex regulatory challenges in a fast-paced environment
