🧠 What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience in Regulatory Affairs, with a focus on promotional review
  • Deep understanding of FDA regulations and guidance related to advertising and promotion
  • Experience in oncology, immunology, or other high-impact therapeutic areas preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage complex regulatory strategies and cross-functional relationships

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead regulatory review of promotional, corporate, and non-promotional materials
  • Chair the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) and advise on campaign concepts and labeling
  • Interpret enforcement trends and regulatory changes to guide internal policy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely, compliant submissions
  • Provide training and strategic guidance across departments
