Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations for global trials, ensuring high-quality planning, execution, and delivery across dermatology and rare disease indications.
• Develop and implement clinical strategies in collaboration with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Data Management teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, CROs, and external partners to ensure timely and compliant execution of clinical programs.
• Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation for clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FA, EMA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing clinical operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic insights and executive-level updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 3-5 years in senior leadership role.
• Experience with complex clinical trials (rare disease, dermatology, microbiome-based therapeutics preferred).
• Proven track record of successful global trial execution and regulatory submissions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in both small biotech and large pharma environments is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative setting.
