Location: New Jersey (3x on-site per week)

Comp: $115,000--$135,000 (+ highly competitive bonus & benefits)

Our firm is partnered with a global, privately held specialty biopharmaceutical company experiencing continued growth across its U.S. commercial business. The organization is science‑driven, internationally established, and focused on delivering therapies that address complex, unmet patient needs.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the administration and execution of Market Access financial obligations, including government pricing submissions, commercial contracts, rebates, and chargebacks. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalable processes. Level of this hire will vary based on candidate's experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and submit U.S. government pricing calculations, including AMP, Best Price, URA, FSS, ASP, and 340B
  • Calculate, validate, and process quarterly rebates and administrative fees for payers, GPOs, hospitals, and IDNs
  • Monitor and process rebate activity related to the Manufacturer Discount Program, Discarded Drug Program, and Medicare Part B Inflation Rebates
  • Review and approve Medicaid rebate payments
  • Partner with third‑party logistics and data vendors to validate distribution data and adjudicate commercial and government chargebacks
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Market Access Strategy, Operations, and Finance to ensure consistent data sources and reporting methodologies
  • Lead State Pricing Transparency reporting and coordinate requirements across internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain clear documentation and work instructions to support audit readiness and operational consistency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical Market Access, Contract Operations, or Government Pricing
  • Strong understanding of U.S. managed care, reimbursement, and government pricing requirements
  • Buy‑and‑bill experience preferred; experience supporting hospital‑administered or specialty products is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment (Travel approx. 5-10%)
