About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing medical device company that is expanding its direct commercial presence across Europe. The business develops and manufactures advanced technologies for coronary interventions and is seeking a strategic sales professional to lead growth in the Paris and Île-de-France region.

Role Summary
As Sales Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for driving commercial success across a large geographical area. This is a strategic advisory role that goes beyond sales - you'll be expected to understand clinical workflows, engage key stakeholders, and build long-term partnerships with hospitals and intervention centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate sales growth by expanding business in existing centres and opening new accounts.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders including interventional cardiologists, nurses, and procurement teams.
  • Manage tenders, commercial offers, and contract negotiations.
  • Support KOLs in product promotion and clinical initiatives.
  • Use CRM tools to manage sales activity and performance tracking.
  • Provide in-theatre support and training to healthcare professionals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, congresses, and networking sessions.
  • Share market insights with internal teams to support product and marketing strategy.

  • Proficient in CRM and digital tools to support sales strategy.
  • Fluent in French; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
