As Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding the companies french footprint in the specialty chemicals market. Working with international suppliers and French clients, you'll manage key accounts and drive new business in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Lead strategic negotiations with suppliers and customers.
* Align client needs with tailored chemical solutions.
New Business Development
* Identify and pursue new opportunities in the French market.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Drive growth in CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers) sectors.
* Travel regularly to meet prospects and explore new markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with international suppliers and internal teams.
* Provide market insights to support strategic planning.
Reporting & Forecasting
* Manage your own budget and sales pipeline.
* Deliver performance updates to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Scientific background, ideally in chemistry.
* 7+ years of sales experience in specialty chemicals or raw materials.
* Fluent in English (working language of the group).
* Strong business development mindset: autonomous, pragmatic, proactive.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
