Sales Manager - CASE
Your Responsibilities
- Sales of catalysts and process additives for various industries (adhesives/sealants, oleochemistry, coatings, plastics)
- Independent market development in Europe and Asia with clear sales targets and strategies
- Acquisition and strategic development of new customers and expansion of the customer portfolio
- Support for existing customers and global key‑account management
- Building long‑term partnerships
- Acting as a point of contact for national and international customers
- Close collaboration with development, production and service teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Planning and execution of marketing activities and attendance at trade fairs
- Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities and risks
Your Profile
- Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or technical training with initial commercial experience
- Strong experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within CASE from a manufactuer
- Proven success in international sales
- Strong technical understanding and business awareness
- Fluent English & German
- Willingness to travel approx. 50%
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong team player with a high level of customer focus
