Sales Manager - CASE

Your Responsibilities

  • Sales of catalysts and process additives for various industries (adhesives/sealants, oleochemistry, coatings, plastics)
  • Independent market development in Europe and Asia with clear sales targets and strategies
  • Acquisition and strategic development of new customers and expansion of the customer portfolio
  • Support for existing customers and global key‑account management
  • Building long‑term partnerships
  • Acting as a point of contact for national and international customers
  • Close collaboration with development, production and service teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Planning and execution of marketing activities and attendance at trade fairs
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities and risks

Your Profile

  • Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or technical training with initial commercial experience
  • Strong experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within CASE from a manufactuer
  • Proven success in international sales
  • Strong technical understanding and business awareness
  • Fluent English & German
  • Willingness to travel approx. 50%
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong team player with a high level of customer focus
