About the Company:
This fast-growing healthtech company is transforming medical device development through advanced simulation and digital twin technology. Their platform enables device manufacturers to test and validate products in a virtual environment, reducing time-to-market, regulatory risk, and clinical trial costs. With recent funding and expansion across Europe, they are building out their commercial team to support growth in key markets.

Role Summary:
As Sales Representative for the Munich region, you'll be responsible for driving adoption of the company's simulation platform among medical device developers, CROs, and clinical research teams. You'll act as a strategic partner to clients, helping them integrate virtual testing into their development workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across MedTech and diagnostics companies.
  • Promote the company's digital twin and simulation solutions through consultative sales.
  • Build strong relationships with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams.
  • Deliver product demos and support onboarding of new clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline and performance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in MedTech, digital health, or clinical research.
  • Strong understanding of medical device development and regulatory pathways.
  • Experience selling SaaS or simulation-based platforms is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Based in Munich or surrounding area, with willingness to travel.
