Regional Sales Director APAC

Location: Shanghai / Beijing

Our client is a rapidly growing global medical device organization focused on delivering innovative surgical solutions that improve patient outcomes. They are seeking a dynamic leader to drive sales growth across markets through strategic partnerships and distributor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support distributors and business partners to achieve regional sales and growth objectives.
• Recruit, train, and motivate distributor teams to meet performance targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons and training centers.
• Negotiate agreements and build a robust network of distributors and sales professionals.
• Provide strategic input on market opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Monitor and report on regional performance, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Travel within the region (approximately 60%).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in medical devices, with strong exposure to surgical environments.
• At least 5 years managing direct and indirect sales teams.
• Strong experience and network with distributors.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and executing strategic plans.
• Ability to travel frequently and work effectively across diverse markets.
• Billingual
