Project Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support capital projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Norway, working on site-based delivery across multiple live workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of equipment installation, upgrade, and relocation projects within a GMP-regulated facility
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
• Oversee equipment procurement, vendor coordination, installation, and system integration
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Operations, and Validation)
• Support and ensure delivery of validation lifecycle activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Work alongside construction teams, ensuring alignment between build and equipment/project scope
• Act as a hands-on, on-site lead, driving progress, resolving issues, and ensuring timelines are met

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments
• Strong track record delivering equipment-focused CapEx or facility upgrade projects
• Good understanding of validation lifecycle and compliance requirements
• Experience working on-site in operational manufacturing environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams
• Delivery-focused, practical mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels
